Thanks to an active University scene there is a great array of pub activity throughout the year, however we aren’t talking about students swigging back beer and getting loud, think more along the lines of creative students performing live music or even poetry evenings! Check out great live music from Dunedin bands hoping to make it big or enjoy watching provincial rugby on the big screen at one of the local sports bars. There is also plenty of boutique wine and cocktail bars for the more discerning visitor along with some great clubs for letting loose on the dance floor!

Of course there is more to Dunedin city then just food and drink!
