During lock down we have all had time to reflect on what is important in life and how much time we actually spend on what really matters.
We often get criticised for looking for problems. But if we don’t find them, how can we solve them? Many call this being negative. And it’s not in-line with being present, mindfulness, or practicing gratitude.
Putting it off, putting it off, putting it off. Why is it we put off so many jobs until a deadline nears and then, miraculously, we get it done? It’s easy to do the easy thing first - so we do. But it’s the tasks that feel tricky, ambiguous or too big that often give us the greatest gain.
Why does it seem that we need to move mountains just to get things achieved when we are un-motivated? Some days I struggle with staying motivated and others I am right onto it.
