Say no to the bread basket. Everytime you go out to eat, they put down a bread basket full of bread. Don’t eat any of it. It might seem like an easy way to fill up, but its bad. If you feel that your meal won’t be enough to fill you up, order something else.

Make your own veggie snacks. Instead of reaching for those salty greasy chips from the snack machine at work, keep a bag of fresh veggies on hand. I know you think this is silly, but it will do the trick.

You can have a baggie filled with green peppers, celery and carrot sticks, and whatever else you like. You can also dip them in some fat free dressing. Though, I just like mine plain with some salt sprinkled on them.

You can also fix these in advance and eat them as a snack while watching television. Clean up is a breeze and you don’t have to worry about the guilt of eating deep fried junk.

You can also eat popcorn for a snack. This is high in fiber too. You and your mate can eat some popcorn and have contests farting in bed at night. It is more fun than it sounds!

You should keep the fast food to a low portion of your diet. From time to time it isn’t bad, but it is nothing but fat and salt. It isn’t good for you. It will make you fat in no time.

Always fix your own lunch and take it to work with you. Some people will run to the drive through window, but that isn’t good. This is the one area where people ruin their diet. They eat fast food all the time for lunch.

You can even make your lunch the night before and take it to work with you. You can use left overs from last night’s dinner too. A salad is a great thing to eat for lunch. It is easy to make and even easier to store.

I’ll have mine without the cheese please. When possible, avoid eating cheese. You can sprinkle a small amount on your pasta or whatever, but don’t eat too much of it. That will put on the pounds quickly.

I would avoid eating anything that is fried. I would try to eat as many grilled items as you can. Boiled items are good too.

Avoid anything that is deep fried. Avoid this more than pan fried food. The food is swimming in nothing but grease. How can that be good for you?

Make sure that you eat plenty of fruits and veggies. That is an order private! You should try to fill up mostly on these instead of breads, fats, pasta, or snacks. That is the easiest and healthiest way to lose weight and feel great.
