Unmasking BitHarvest and Walter Meyer, In this video, I expose the truth behind BitHarvest, a fraudulent Ponzi scheme that has been scamming investors with promises of high returns through its so-called “BitBooster.”
The story begins with a Zoom meeting I infiltrated. By gaining co-host privileges, I disrupted the session, removed participants, and sent out a crucial warning message to alert attendees about the scam they were participating in. Despite Walter Meyer’s attempts to regain control, the truth was laid bare for everyone in the meeting.
Warning to Zoom Participants
The following message was shared with everyone in the meeting:
Attention Everyone in the Zoom Meeting:

The BitHarvest Scam: What You Need to Know
BitHarvest has raised numerous red flags that reveal its true nature as a Ponzi scheme. Here’s a breakdown:
- Fake Leadership: The company claims to be led by “Logan Lee,” but this is a false identity for Steve Ng, a professional poker player.
- Regulatory Warnings: BitHarvest has been issued a desist and refrain order by California’s Department of Financial Protection and Innovation for offering unregistered securities.
- Unrealistic Returns: Promises of high returns through its “BitBooster” products are common in Ponzi schemes designed to lure victims.
- Opaque Business Model: BitHarvest claims its “BitBooster” devices enhance bitcoin mining efficiency, but there is no credible evidence to support these claims.
- Recruitment Focus: Like most Ponzi schemes, BitHarvest emphasizes recruitment over legitimate product sales, further highlighting its fraudulent nature.
- Withdrawal Issues: Investors have reported significant difficulties withdrawing funds, a classic sign of a Ponzi scheme nearing collapse.
Walter Meyer and Jan Gregory’s Involvement
Walter Meyer, unmasked in this video, is a promoter of BitHarvest and complicit in its fraudulent activities. His actions directly contribute to the financial harm suffered by investors.
BitHarvest is also tied to Jan Gregory, also known as Jan Strzepka and Jan Gregory Cerato. Gregory has a long history of involvement in Ponzi schemes such as CoinMarketBull, Vortic United, and CloudFi. In 2022, Gregory was fined $165,000 by the Alberta Securities Commission for securities fraud. Despite this, he continues his operations from Dubai, where he has relocated to avoid regulatory scrutiny.
