The Mascot Distraction – Sparky AI / PHGHub.ai wants you to believe they’re the future of network marketing — an “AI-powered” system promising unlimited leads, effortless recruitment, and multiple income streams.

Their website is full of cartoon mascots, superhero slogans, and feel-good buzzwords about “automation” and “duplication.”

But peel back the graphics and hype, and you find something very familiar — and very ugly.
This isn’t cutting-edge technology.

It’s a recycled MLM recruitment engine where:

  • The “product” is you recruiting more people
  • Memberships must be paid just to earn
  • Overpriced “ad packs” are sold with wild income promises
  • Payments are funneled through anonymous crypto wallets, making refunds impossible

It’s the MLM/Ponzi playbook dressed up with cartoon characters and the word “AI” slapped on the label. And now, some of the most well-known MLM promoters in the industry are pushing it hard.

Step-by-Step: How the Funnel Works

Step 1: The Free Starter Hook

You’re lured in with a “Free Starter” account. The moment you sign up, Sparky AI creates a personal sales page in your name — turning you into a recruiter instantly, complete with your own affiliate link and referral credit line.

Red Flag: There’s no customer-only option — every account is built for recruiting.

Step 2: Urgent Membership Upgrade

Immediately, you’re pushed to “Act Now” and upgrade to:

  • Plus: $50/month
  • Pro: $100/month
  • Elite: $250/month

Higher tiers promise more monthly leads and full commission qualification.

Red Flag: This is a pay-to-qualify model — a hallmark of pyramid recruitment schemes.

Step 3: Ad Pack Upsells

Once upgraded, you’re offered “ad packs” ranging from $300 to $5,400+, with bigger packages promising “125 sign-ups” and projected monthly incomes up to $3,125+.

Red Flag: You’re effectively buying recruits instead of selling any real product.

Step 4: MSI Certification

You’re encouraged to become “MSI Certified” by joining five or more other MLMs. This ensures the same people get cycled through multiple companies for maximum profit at the top.

Step 5: Crypto-Only Payments

Memberships and ad packs are paid via USDT (TRC20) or Bitcoin to a cwallet.com address:

  • Irreversible transactions
  • No consumer protection
  • No clear corporate ownership

Red Flag: Crypto payments to anonymous wallets are a well-known tactic to avoid accountability.

Marketing Promises vs. Fine Print

Promise Reality
“90-Day Profit Assurance” No refunds. Only stop billing if they decide you’re “in profit.”
“Unlimited Leads” No guarantee of quality; likely recycled lists from other biz-ops.
“Earn Money Infinitely” Fine print says no guarantee you’ll make any money.
“Multiple Streams of Income” Requires joining other MLMs to qualify.

Who’s Behind the Promotion?

While the full leadership and operational team is still being confirmed, we have already identified several high-profile MLM figures actively promoting Sparky AI / PHGHub:

  • Ken Bolinder
  • Ron Malezis
  • Joel Therien
  • John Malott
  • Kevin Sousa
  • Jim Gibson
  • Tyson Curtis

These are veteran network marketers with long histories in recruitment-based income schemes. Their presence signals that Sparky AI is being pushed through established MLM influencer networks, not traditional tech or AI circles.

Why We’re Naming Names

We publish names for one reason: public accountability.

  • These individuals were either actively promoting Sparky AI or present during its recruitment pitch.
  • Appearance on this list does not automatically prove financial involvement — but it does confirm exposure to the opportunity.
  • Public records of attendance help potential victims recognise promoters in their own network and avoid being drawn in.

The Zoom Call That Reveals the Network

During our investigation, we gained access to a live Zoom presentation where Sparky AI / PHGHub was actively pitched. This was not general training — it was a direct recruitment push into paid memberships, ad packs, and the compensation plan.

The following individuals were visible as attendees at the time of the presentation. Their presence confirms they were exposed to the Sparky AI recruitment pitch:

Ken Bolinder, Azneem Bilwani, Kevin Sousa, John Bach, Richard Hogate, Heath Spears, Sue Plunkett, Jim Gibson, Greg Coopera, Nicolaas Knook, Comfort Jackson, Michael Sorenson, Tyson Curtis, Rod Johnson, Matthew Cannistraci, Luis Yesani, Sam Allen, Ashley Leos, Kevin Love, Cory Pugh, Denette Casey, Frank Gant, Eddie Stewart, Faye Markos-Leach, Ebony Ayala, Rob Moore, Larry Fobbs, Jeanet Hazar, Lorraine Loria, Sabien Padilla, Ron Malezis, Kevin Brown, Dustin Smith, Michael Turner, Scott Perry, Pandora Martin, Sam Clark, Joe Valerio, Eric Kennedy, David Miller, Peterson Saby, Michael Lien, Mary Ann West, Ann Hansen, Gig Justin, Troy Salter, Andre Smith, Ed Lomax, Kareem Henderson, Sabrina Patten, Joseph Jackson, John Toomey, Christopher Martinez, Keith Tripp, Barbra Hormann, Joyce Aretino-Nigro, David Calderon, Peakay Maxa, Angela LaLand, Joy Kansteiner, Paul Ashton, Lawson Chaka, Craig Anthony, Patience Akhuotor, Abdul Khan, Yvonne Fornalski, Stewart Cameron, Jim Wiseman, Darlene Mills, Nick Nicolaou, Tabitha Lacasse, Bev Husk, Jacques Barrette, Hector & Getson, Ken Hatton, Michael McGranahan, Edgar Bolden, Todd Kerr, John Malott, Tim Poulos, Lisa Nichols, Jenny Harrell, Paul Falkos, Joseph Heerring, Lee Vang, Emanuel Cochran, Scott Alstadter, Logan Goodon, Don Burns, Samantha Morgan, Sean Diamond, Mattie Barry, Jason Files, Lucile Dorsey, David Bailey, Bruce Nigro, Beatrice Evans, Robert Donahue, Don Braden, Shirley Goldberg, Laurie Novak, Don Leopard, Angelo Pastore, Robert Nigro, Tim West, Jerry O’Connor, Aubrey Shafer, Gregory Read, Shawn Victorian, Kevin Koch, Jill Dixson, Ronald Colvin, Keith Lynch, Charlotte Charles, John Mathew, Dave Dinwiddie, Carolynn Fernandez, Sheila Chambers, Beverly Lavers, Mike Giles, Alan Rowe, Marilyn Buchanan, Nadia Nigro, Rodney Trotter, Robin Rhein, Christopher Tanner, Ronald Schlegel, Laura Karos, Lisa Saget, Edward Moyers, Kwame Mayes, William (Bill) Finley, Barry Washinsky, Ronald Harris, Ann Benson, Marcus Morgan, Cymona Elliott.

Why This Matters

Sparky AI’s structure — recruitment-first, pay-to-play memberships, buying downlines through ad packs, cross-MLM incentives, and anonymous crypto payments — is not the model of a legitimate AI company. It’s the MLM/Ponzi hybrid playbook dressed in a cartoon costume.

Join the Review Challenge

If you’ve ever tried posting a one-star review exposing a scam on Trustpilot, you’ll know it’s almost impossible to get it approved. Their so-called AI filter system seems to remove almost anything negative, no matter how truthful it is. But here’s the loophole — you can write whatever you like, in as harsh and honest a tone as you want, as long as you give it five stars. That’s exactly what I did during our Sparky AI live stream, and my “minus-five star” review went straight through and got approved.

So here’s the challenge: try posting your own one-star review on Sparky AI’s Trustpilot page and see if it sticks. If Trustpilot deletes it, repost the exact same review but change it to five stars — watch how quickly it gets approved. This not only warns others about Sparky AI, but also exposes just how flawed Trustpilot’s system is when it comes to protecting consumers from scams.

Call to Action

If you’ve been approached about Sparky AI / PHGHub:

  • Do not pay in crypto or cash.
  • Report the promoter to your country’s consumer protection agency or equivalent.
  • Share this exposé with friends and family to keep them from being recruited into yet another “AI-powered” scheme with no real AI.

If Sparky AI really wanted to help people, they wouldn’t need anonymous wallets, pay-to-play commissions, or cartoon mascots — they’d have a real product people could use without recruiting.
