When scammers can’t disprove the facts, they try to erase them. That’s exactly what’s happening now.

GOLIATH VENTURES INC, an alleged large-scale Ponzi scheme operating out of Florida, has begun weaponising YouTube’s copyright-strike system in an attempt to silence legitimate investigative journalism.

My YouTube channel, THE CRYPTO PONZI SCHEME AVENGER, has been exposing GOLIATH VENTURES INC, its CEO Christopher “Chris” Delgado, and other interconnected fraud networks operating under similar investment models.

GOLIATH VENTURES INC presents itself as a legitimate blockchain investment company. It claims to facilitate partnerships in crypto liquidity pools, Bitcoin mining, and blockchain projects, promising investors 4–8% monthly returns.

In their own words:

“GOLIATH facilitates partnerships in Crypto Liquidity Pools, Bitcoin Mining, and Blockchain Projects. Our development has allowed us to invest and grow some of the most prominent blockchain-based projects in the industry.”

But after analysing their materials and contracts, there’s no verifiable evidence or licenses proving they operate in any regulated financial capacity. Their own documentation contradicts itself — and instead of providing transparency, GOLIATH VENTURES INC has now turned to legal threats and YouTube censorship to silence those exposing them.

Clarified Section: The Coordinated Strike Campaign

Shortly after GOLIATH VENTURES INC filed a lawsuit against me in Florida, my YouTube channel was hit with three copyright strikes.

While two of the takedown notices are directly linked to GOLIATH VENTURES INC and its associates, the third came from Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui — another scam promoter featured in a Bloomberg documentary for his involvement in a vast network of Ponzi schemes and fake investment programs targeting ordinary “mum and dad” investors.

This shows that multiple connected scam networks are using the same tactic: filing fraudulent copyright strikes to erase journalism that exposes them.

Below are the takedown notices exactly as they appeared in YouTube’s correspondence.

The Red Flags

Every one of these email addresses is fake or unaffiliated with any real copyright owner. None come from registered companies, legal representatives, or creators. These are throwaway Gmail addresses, often used by low-cost “DMCA strike-for-hire” services — the kind of shadow operations scammers pay to suppress criticism.

This tactic is common among online fraud operations. They can’t stop journalists or victims from publishing the truth, so they try to manipulate automated systems like YouTube’s to take videos offline, hoping to cause damage before appeals can be processed.

The Legal Reality: False Copyright Strikes Are Perjury

Under U.S. federal law (17 U.S.C. §512(f)), submitting a false DMCA claim is perjury. It’s a serious offence that can lead to civil penalties, damages, and in some cases, criminal prosecution.

And there is clear precedent.

Case Study 1: YouTube vs. Christopher Brady (2019)

In 2019, YouTube sued Christopher L. Brady after he filed dozens of fake copyright strikes against content creators and demanded payment to retract them. YouTube’s lawsuit, filed in Nebraska, accused Brady of extortion and DMCA abuse.

Brady settled for $25,000 in damages and was permanently banned from issuing takedowns.

Case Study 2: Journalists vs. Massachusetts TV Corporation

In 2024, a group of journalists sued a Massachusetts TV company that had filed false copyright claims to remove recordings of public city meetings. The court recognised the takedowns as censorship, not legitimate copyright enforcement.

Case Study 3: The EFF vs. Uri Geller and Michael Crook

Long before YouTube’s current policies, the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) fought similar DMCA-abuse cases.

  • Uri Geller (2007): Sued by EFF for filing false takedowns to remove a critical video. The court ruled that his actions violated free speech.
EFF Case File – Sapient v. Geller (2007)
  • Michael Crook (2007): Filed fraudulent DMCA claims to silence journalists. The case was settled after he retracted the false notices.

These cases established that false copyright notices are abuse of process and not protected speech.

Why This Matters for GOLIATH VENTURES INC

By filing — or orchestrating — these false copyright claims, GOLIATH VENTURES INC and its associates have entered the same legal danger zone as Brady, Geller, and Crook.

If they knowingly filed false DMCA claims, they have committed perjury under federal law. If these acts were coordinated to suppress journalism, they also risk charges of obstruction and defamation.

Our evidence has already been submitted to YouTube Legal, Project Shield, and federal agencies investigating the GOLIATH VENTURES network.

Our Legal and Platform Response

Each video was created under Fair Use (17 U.S.C. §107) for news reporting, commentary, and education. These videos are:

  • Transformative — combining narration and analysis
  • Educational and non-commercial
  • Public-interest reporting designed to prevent financial harm

We have submitted full counter-notifications to YouTube Legal and preserved all correspondence as evidence.

The Bigger Picture

Fake copyright strikes are the digital version of a gag order. They’re designed to silence, stall, and censor. But the law—and the tech platforms—are slowly catching up.

Every Gmail alias, every fake claim, and every fraudulent strike leaves a trail. Those behind this campaign will be held accountable — just as YouTube, EFF, and the courts have done in previous cases.

We currently have six government agencies investigating the GOLIATH VENTURES criminal network, supported by whistleblowers and over 120 persons of interest in our database.

If justice runs its course, Christopher Delgado could soon be facing incarceration for orchestrating one of the most brazen online investment scams in recent memory.

Final Thoughts

GOLIATH VENTURES INC’s actions prove exactly why journalism matters. They’re not protecting intellectual property — they’re protecting a fraudulent empire built on deception.

History has shown that those who abuse the DMCA system always lose in the end. From Brady’s $25,000 penalty, to EFF’s victories against Geller and Crook, to journalists winning against censorship, the outcome is inevitable: false copyright strikes backfire.

This isn’t the story of a YouTube channel being silenced. It’s the story of scammers exposing themselves through their own desperation.

The truth will stay online — and every fake copyright strike will become one more piece of evidence against them.
