Abdulaziz Sema has defrauded numerous individuals across America, particularly senior citizens, out of millions of dollars through deceptive schemes related to ghostwriting, book publishing, author services, and trademark registration.

These schemes involve promising victims substantial returns on investments and potential fame, contingent upon an initial financial contribution followed by larger and larger requests for money.

Background:

Full Name: Abdulaziz Muhmad Yousuf Sema
DOB: 05/20/1987
Physical Description: Height 5’6”, Eyes Black
Residence: 9722 Celosia View Ct, Richmond, TX 77407

Known Associates:
Wife: Asbabanu Abdulaziz Sema
Brother: Muhammad Yousuf Sema

It is alleged, and personally believed, that Sema operates on behalf of an organized criminal network named Intersys, previously operating as Abtach. This organization is led by Azneem Bilwani from Karachi, Pakistan. Intersys has, for over a decade, been involved in extensive digital fraud schemes affecting tens of thousands of victims worldwide, amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars in financial losses. Intersys is currently under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for trafficking the highly dangerous narcotic, fentanyl, through its wholly owned brand eWorldTrade.

On June 4, 2025, a status conference concerning EWORLDTRADE, LLC was held before Judge Ana C. Reyes. Abdulaziz Sema appeared as the corporate representative for EWORLDTRADE, LLC. The U.S. government requested and was granted a 90-day continuance. The next scheduled status conference is set for September 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Courtroom 12, presided over by Judge Ana C. Reyes. Judge Reyes approved Sema’s appearance via Zoom.
Defense Attorney: Danny Onorato

Abdulaziz Sema is positioned by Intersys in Texas to open bank accounts, act as a financial intermediary (“money mule”), and serve as a litigation shield against direct legal exposure to Intersys leadership. Additionally, he is facilitating global hawala transactions (informal money transfer networks) for the Intersys transnational crime group.

Court Proceedings

Judge: Ana C. Reyes
Case: EWORLDTRADE, LLC
Date: 6/4/2025
Defendant Representative: Abdul Aziz Sema
Government Motion: 90-day continuance – granted
Next Conference: 9/4/2025 at 11:00 AM, Courtroom 12
Speedy Trial Tolled Until: 9/4/2025
Defense Attorney: Danny Onorato
US Attorneys: Jayce Born, Mingda Hang

Sema exists to open bank accounts, serve as a money mule, get sued by victims, and assist with global hawala networks. I also personally believe that Abdulaziz Sema, his wife Asbabanu Sema, and his brother Muhammad Yousuf Sema present a significant terrorism financing risk in relation to their criminal activities for Intersys (this is my personal opinion), operating from Texas.

Upwork Scam

Abdulaziz Sema maintains an Upwork account under his own name, which is used by Intersys (formerly Abtach) to launder money and scam victims. His job success rate is only 71%, indicating a pattern of poor client satisfaction.

Client review example:

Abdulaziz proved to be an untrustworthy freelancer. He misled me, taking payment for a feature he claimed was necessary for my website, only to disappear and become unresponsive afterward. I strongly advise against using his services, and he has been reported for this misconduct.

BBB Expose – Collins Ghostwriting

Collins Ghostwriting — a front for Texona Marketing LLC, controlled by Abdulaziz Sema — had its BBB accreditation revoked in January 2024 due to links to other low-rated entities:

  • Brooklyn Ghostwriting: Rated F (3 unresolved complaints – New York BBB)
  • Infinity Ghostwriting: Rated D+ (1 unresolved complaint – Los Angeles BBB)

Collins Ghostwriting was marketed under Sema’s name and address (10998 S. Wilcrest Dr., Houston, TX), yet failed to maintain basic complaint resolution standards.
The owner and principal contact is listed as Mr. Abdulaziz Sema, directly linking him to these lucrative ghostwriting scams.

Asbabanu Abdulaziz Sema (Wife):

Asbabanu Sema

Asbabanu Abdulaziz Sema

Asbabanu Abdulaziz Sema, wife of Abdulaziz Sema, has openly acknowledged in a sworn statement that she acted as a front person for Abtach (now known as Intersys), specifically at the direction of Muhammad Salman Yousuf, a high-ranking Abtach operative. She admitted to setting up Texas-based entities such as Max Mind Tech LLC (established March 31, 2022) and Hawx Technologies LLC (established December 5, 2022), one of which is linked to extensive fraudulent advertising campaigns via Google Ads. Her admission explicitly confirms her role as a money mule, facilitating illicit financial activities and directly supporting Abtach’s criminal enterprise within the United States. She also implicated Irsa Faruqui in identity theft and bank fraud.

Advice for Victims:

If you have been a victim of scams perpetrated by Abdulaziz Sema or Intersys (formerly known as Abtach), please file a lawsuit against Azneem Bilwani, Erum Bilwani, Uraib Bilwani, and Muhammad Saad Iqbal. Naming these individuals in your lawsuit will likely increase your chances of recovering your money.

Real Trademark Infringement For Scaled Fraud:

At the direction of Azneem Bilwani and Saad Iqbal, Intersys (formerly Abtach) has systematically infringed upon the trademarks of globally recognized brands, notably Amazon and Hachette, to deceive and defraud victims through sophisticated vanity publishing schemes.

A recent decision (CAC-UDRP-107576) involving Abdulaziz Sema exemplifies this tactic. In this case, Sema fraudulently registered the domain hachettepublications.com, intentionally exploiting the goodwill associated with the internationally established Hachette trademark to mislead consumers into believing they were dealing with the reputable publisher.

The dispute resolution panel unequivocally found that the domain was registered and operated in bad faith, highlighting the calculated effort by Sema and Intersys to impersonate legitimate brands.

Such deceptive practices not only harm unsuspecting victims financially but also severely damage the integrity and reputation of the legitimate businesses involved. This case underscores the malicious intent and calculated exploitation characteristic of Intersys’ broader scheme to monetize consumer trust through systematic brand impersonation and fraud.

Fake Law Firm:

Abdulaziz Sema has registered fictitious law firms, including Capron Law Australia, to deceive victims-particularly those seeking trademark registration services. These fraudulent entities falsely present themselves as legitimate legal service providers, with Abdulaziz Sema impersonating a licensed attorney. The domain capronlawaustralia.com.au, registered under his wife, Asbabanu Abdulaziz Sema, is one clear example.

Impersonating a lawyer and establishing sham law firms is especially egregious, as it exploits the inherent trust individuals place in legal professionals. Victims rely on the supposed legitimacy of legal counsel, making this type of fraud particularly damaging. This tactic not only defrauds individuals financially but also undermines confidence in genuine legal services.
